Snow Plowing

During the winter months, the District contracts snow removal services to maintain safe access throughout the community. Snow plowing represents a significant expense in the District’s budget and is limited to District-owned sidewalks, trails, and common areas only. Homeowner sidewalks and driveways are not included in the District’s snow removal responsibilities.

The only street plowed by the District is Adams Circle, which is owned and maintained by the District. All other public streets are maintained by the Town of Mead. Residents may contact the Town for information regarding snow plowing schedules or to report issues:

Snow removal on District-owned sidewalks and paths begins after approximately 3 inches of accumulation. Adams Circle is plowed after approximately 4 inches of accumulation. Crews focus first on primary pedestrian routes and common areas used for access and safety.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping private sidewalks and driveways clear and safe for everyone. For questions about the District’s snow removal services, please contact the Board of Directors at contact@publicalliancellc.com
