Highlands-Mead Metropolitan District

Each property in the Highlands-Mead Metropolitan District is assessed a quarterly operations fee of $350. These fees help keep the community running smoothly by funding services such as weekly trash collection, biweekly recycling, common area maintenance, insurance, and administrative support. Invoices are mailed quarterly by American Conservation & Billing Solutions (AmCoBi) and include your account number for setting up automatic payments.
